"The rewards were better than I expected"
I signed up and somehow the points showed up fast, honestly I can’t remember if it was the same day or a couple days later, because I’d been checking a few orders at once. Either way, I ended up using them toward a pair of jeans and it was simple. Nice little perk.

I don’t know why, but I had a good feeling when I walked in today, and sure enough, I found everything in my size. It made shopping so much easier and just felt like a lucky little win.

"Good value, even if I’m torn"
I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I wasn’t totally sure about switching things up. But the prices are good for what you get, especially when there’s a sale. I still feel a little loyal to my usual pick, but this ended up being a decent value and I’d probably buy it again if the deal was right

"My first impression walking into Hollister..."
My first impression walking into Hollister was good. I went in to try on some jeans and a couple hoodies, and the fitting rooms were clean, which always makes a difference right away.

The mirror and lighting were better than I expected too, so I could actually tell how everything fit instead of guessing. The staff was nice when I asked for another size, though it took a few minutes since the store was busy.

The only thing that kept it from being a full 5 stars was the fitting room line moving kind of slowly. Still, overall it was a good trip, and I ended up finding jeans that fit really well.

I remember walking in and the store was a little darker than I expected, but it gave the place a chill vibe. The music was kind of loud, but not enough to make me want to leave or anything. The staff seemed relaxed, which made me feel more comfortable just browsing around. Overall, it’s the kind of place that sticks in my mind as a calm, easy shopping experience.

I used a promo code on hollisterco.com and expected it to be annoying, but it went through on the first try. I just pasted it in at checkout and the discount popped up right away, with no weird extra steps or error messages. Maybe their checkout is just better than some other sites, but it made the order feel a little less expensive lol. Happy with it and I’d definitely try using one again.

"I’ve gotten some really decent stuff from…"
I’ve gotten some really decent stuff from Hollister, especially the hoodies and jeans, so I keep coming back. But a couple of the shirts I ordered felt way thinner than I expected, which made me wonder if the quality isn’t always the same depending on the batch or something. It wasn’t terrible, just a little suspicious when one item feels great and another feels kind of cheap. Overall, I still like their clothes, but I wish I felt more confident that every order would be consistent

I used my Hollister gift card on the website, and it went just about how I expected it should. I entered the card numbers during checkout, the balance applied right away, and there weren’t any random errors or extra steps to deal with. Nothing complicated, which is all I really wanted. I needed to change my email and shipping address, and it was way less annoying than I expected. My orders are easy to see, returns aren’t buried somewhere weird, and I’m not constantly getting logged out. There are probably a couple little things they could tweak, but really, it’s been smoother than most clothing sites I use.

Got my Hollister order today and everything matched what was on my email receipt, sizes, colors, all of it. Nothing was missing or swapped out, which was a relief because I’ve had that happen with other sites before. Shipping was normal too, no issues there. Overall, I’m happy with it and would order again.

"Comfy hoodie, jeans were just okay"
I ordered a hoodie and a pair of jeans, and the hoodie is what stood out to me the most. It’s super comfy and easy to throw on, so I kind of focused on that right away. The jeans looked fine, but after wearing them for a few hours, I noticed they felt a little tight. Not terrible, just not as soft or relaxed as I was expecting. Shipping was fine too, no real issues there...

“Legit i buy all the time from them. Especially their jeans. They have a great variety. Although, they have a big ego and it shows on most of their clothes. I personally don't like tops that have the shop name on them, but Hollister is a brand ig so yea. But i like their jeans.”
