Maybe slightly premature with this review but really wanted to leave one especially considering there seems to be so many negative reviews.

I ordered lots recently in a sale. Then read some of these reviews and my heart sank. I genuinely thought I wouldn't end up with any of my products.

To my surprise I have been sent more than half (I did 3 separate orders). I got emails keeping me up to speed - apologies for delays etc.

Everything is even nicer in the flesh. Great quality at a brilliant price. Can't wait for the rest of my goodies to arrive.

I ordered a shirt but when I received it the shirt has a carpet Beatle larvae on it.

I am giving a positive review because they refund the shirt and sent me a free shirt as good will. I also received a 40% discount on my next order and a separate 10 pound discount on my next order. This is satisfactory as I received good customer service after the problem.

Jeans are amazing , there’s so much variety of sizing. Being 5ft is hard to buy jeans but Hollister jeans has an extra short sizing ,which is amazing!! The delivery was fine!

Got my hoodies and joggers! So comfy, soft and warm. Good quality and right size charts. Really enjoy wearing This brand. Btw not my first Hollister but my first online deal. Was happy with service.

The clothes are brilliant quality and the sizing fits perfectly every time (something which I struggle with when buying clothes from other stores). I also purchased some hair styling products which smell incredible and work fantastically. Over all, Hollister is easily one of my favourite places to buy clothes. They also have really good sales (even better savings if you sign up to become a 'Club Cali' member).

We enjoy shopping at Hollister, and I am always pleased. I do look for Jillian because she is professional, and very helpful. Keyshawn is also a person to ask for because, they both go above and beyond. If you are in need of a certain style, they know what you’re asking for, and help you get what suits your taste. It’s always a pleasant experience. Thank you Jillian and Keyshawn. We had to get a few more items this weekend and I am happy.

Hollister is a very high quality brand of clothing. Because of this they're prices may be a bit high at some points but I recommend it 100% and guarantee you won't regret it. I wear nothing but Hollister!

Shipped items lost somehow and said delivered - I spoke or chatted with a Vincent whose real name they told me but I forgot - sably or something reordered my stuff instantly and no hassle at all- I always buy from Hollister and this is the first time this has happened so thanks very much you guys and gals rock!!$

Reliable Retailer
Always polite and friendly staff in the store. Orders have always arrived on time. The clothing quality is pretty good and the clothes always fit nicely. The only "bad" experience I've had was when I ordered some sweatshirts but unfortunately they ran out of one type after I placed my order and therefore were not able to fulfill it. In the future hopefully they can improve their stock records to update more quickly so this doesn't happen. Aside from that they have great sales and nice clothes.
